my amateur (phone) photography

Privacy is a human right, I truly believe that. Overtime, we have given into and supported corporate businesses that trawl through our personal data in order to have convenient places to host and connect with friends. Although most of the private information that is abused is harmless right now, you only need to look at countries like China to see the direction we are heading. 

I love the idea of sharing my art and photography and am even willing to give up a certain amount of privacy for convenience. It's inescapable. But I would rather host my work myself for the time-being. I whole-heartedly believe that large social media companies will only track more and more into the 2030s and eventually lose the right to keep these huge databases away from those with malicious intent.
